One Star. That says it all. The receptionist was nice but the wait outside the room and inside the room was very very long and there were only 2 other ppl in the waiting room. The NP was a robot.
The Nurse acted like she didn't wanted to be there.Barely a hi and how are you doing.
Also didn't care what I had to say.No bedside manners young little thing.
The receptionist was the only one that was nice,helpful and professional.
I waited 2 hours just to get a strep test. When I finally did get called I said I couldn't believe how long the wait was and the np snapped back that there used to be a sign and I should ask the person at the desk how long the wait is. Then she jabbed me in the back of the throat for the strep test I'm sure because I complained. I had strep tests before and this lady was just being aggressive on purpose. Never going back there. Go somewhere else unless you need X-rays or blood tests.
My husband and I have come to the urgent care in St. John a few times this last year and had great service. We didn't wait very long and I was able to get a chest x-ray that I needed to help with my diagnosis the doctor was very good and communicated with my regular physician.
Love it there. Hardly a wait in the women's clinic. The only time I had a long wait was for an emergency ultrasound. I definitely recommend this place.
That's really sad when you are sick and no one cares.
The Doctor was first of all late coming to work I was told.Then when she came in max. of 3 min.
